Unusual ways to lift and float have fascinated Dr. Walt McKeown for
years. This month's Science Sunday will cover some of the many ways
buoyancy has been used, including Civil War balloons made out of
ladies petticoats. Walt will also push into the future with a buoyant
system to extract hydrogen from seawater and deliver it globally. If
